Aseptically germinated watermelons or gourds or pumpkin seedlings serve as stocks, seedless watermelon tissue culture seedlings serve as scions, grafting is conducted through a cleft grafting method, grafted bodies are placed in a solid medium for culture, and survived grafted seedlings are domesticated and then transplanted in a nursing medium, transplanted to a field in good time, and managed in a conventional cultivation mode. Cotyledons and growth points of the stocks are removed, lateral buds on the stocks do not need to be removed after the stocks are transplanted to the field, and therefore labor and time are saved. The tissue culture seedlings can be used for grafting when growing to be about 1cm, rooting is not needed, and time is saved. The method is feasible, easy and convenient to operate, and wide in application range, and the survival rate is high.
