A vehicle parking locking device comprises a parking ratchet wheel, a parking detent and an actuating mechanism, the actuating mechanism comprises a pressing head used for driving the parking detent to move between a locking position and an unlocking position in a switched mode, the parking detent comprises a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, and the first end is close to the parking ratchet wheel; the pressing head comprises a supporting frame, a containing space is formed inside the supporting frame, the first end on the back of the parking detent extends outwards to form a locating piece in the length extending direction of the parking detent, the locating piece is contained in the containing space when the parking detent is located in the locking position, and the locating piece penetrates out of the containing space and stopped by the supporting frame when the parking detent is located at the unlocking position.
