The invention relates to a
machining process of a cold-rolled steel coil for fine blanking of a gearbox
parking pawl. The
machining process comprises the following steps that a hot-rolled steel coil is selected for
stress relief annealing; primary longitudinal shearing and splitting are carried out; performing acid
pickling;
softening annealing is conducted; carrying out primary rolling; primary spheroidizing annealing is carried out after head-
tail reversing; carrying out secondary rolling; a secondary rolled steel coil is obtained; secondary spheroidizing annealing is carried out after head-
tail reversing; rolling for the third time; secondary longitudinal shearing and splitting are carried out; and packaging the finished strip cold-rolled steel coil. In order to overcome the defects that in the prior art, a
thick plate is uneven in
cooling speed and large in structure difference caused by large change of head, middle and
tail coiling
cooling speed, through
process improvement, head and tail reversing is conducted after two times of rolling, and then two times of spheroidizing annealing is conducted, the conditions that
crystal grains grow too fast and granular
pearlite is not evenly separated out due to the fact that the time of the same part of a bell-type furnace annealing heating source is too long are avoided; and the fine blanking adaptability is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the high-reliability requirement of a
speed control system is met.
