The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, hot-pressing polyether-ether-ketone granules into a plate, after cleaning and drying, obtaining a partially foamed polyether-ether-ketone plate in a supercritical carbon dioxide foaming device, conducting sulfonation in a mixed acid solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and methane sulfonic acid, and conducting hydrothermal treatment and vacuum drying to obtain the polyether-ether-ketone bone repair material with multi-scale holes. Small-size micro-nano holes obtained through sulfonation are beneficial to adhesion of early osteoblasts, large-size micro holes obtained through supercritical carbon dioxide foaming are beneficial to ingrowth of bone tissues in a later period, the material has a multi-scale hole structure through simple two-step operation, and bone repair is promoted. Compared with a hole-making technology using a hole-making agent, a supercritical carbon dioxide foaming technology does not have a problem that the hole-making agent is not thoroughly removed and the possibility that the material is applied to the field of biomedicine is ensured.

The repair method comprises the following steps: applying an organic fertilizer on per mu of the cadmium-contaminated soil to prepare pre-treated soil; carrying out primary mixing on a conditioner for soil repair and the pre-treated soil in a mass ratio of 1: (3 to 20), spraying water, adding the conditioner for soil repair again and carrying out secondary mixing after 20 to 30 days, uniformly mixing and then using the product for repairing the cadmium-contaminated soil after 10 to 50 days, wherein the conditioner for soil repair comprises wollastonite, biogas residue, selenium nitrate, sodium aluminium carbonate hydroxide, barium phosphate, polydimethylsiloxane divalent quaternary ammonium salt, sugarcane ash, bamboo powder, methylisothiazolinone, sodium germanate, barium metaborate, (trimethylsilicyl) phosphate, trithiocyanuric acid and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene). The removal rate of cadmium ions of the soil repaired by the method disclosed by the invention is higher than 84%, and the method has a good repair effect on the soil and a short repair period; and moreover, the environmental quality of the repaired soil completely meets the secondary standard requirements of 'Soil Environment Quality Standard' (GB15618-1995) of China.
