Problems solved by technology

This necessitates the use of an operational amplifier with a wide range of linear operation 32
In addition, under the condition of fixed resolution, an analog-to-digital converter with a wide input voltage range must also be used34
Both of the above problems will lead to increased power consumption and hardware costs

Embodiment Construction

[0031] According to an embodiment of the present invention, it is a capacitance detection device for matching with a capacitive touch panel, and its functional block diagram is as follows Figure 4 shown. The detection device 400 includes a voltage generator 41 , a summing module 42 , an analog-to-digital converter 43 , a multiplier 44 , multipliers 45A˜45O, integrators 46A˜46O and an estimation module 47 . The following description first takes the case of detecting fifteen capacitors under test by the detection device 400 as an example. It should be noted that the number of capacitors to be tested is not limited to fifteen, and the number of multipliers and integrators in the detection device 400 can be adjusted according to the number of capacitors to be tested, which will be described in detail later.

[0032]In this embodiment, the voltage generator 41 generates fifteen input signals V0 - V14 in total, and provides these input signals to the measured capacitors C0 - C14 r...

Abstract

The invention relates to a touch control system and an electric capacity detection device thereof. The detection device provided by the invention is used for detecting N capacitors in a touch control panel. The detection device generates N different input signals and provides the ith input signal of the input signals to the ith capacitor. The N input signals are respectively corresponding to a post-delay sequence of a maximum-length sequence or corresponding to the maximum-length sequence. The detection device totals N response signals generated after the N input signals are provided to the N capacitors so that a totaling signal is generated. Then the totaling signal is multiplied by the ith input signal and integrated so that an ith signal after integration is generated. Respective electric capacity of the N capacitors is estimated according to the N signals after integration.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to touch systems, and in particular to techniques for measuring the capacitance of capacitive touch panels. Background technique [0002] With the advancement of technology, the operation interfaces of various electronic products have become more and more user-friendly in recent years. For example, through a touch screen, users can directly operate programs and input messages / texts / patterns on the screen with their fingers or a stylus, saving the trouble of using input devices such as keyboards or keys. Actually, the touch screen is usually composed of a sensing panel and a display disposed behind the sensing panel. The electronic device can judge the meaning of the touch according to the position touched by the user on the sensing panel and the image displayed on the display at that time, and execute the corresponding operation result. [0003] Existing touch technologies are roughly classified into resistive, capacitiv...
