The sounding gear is fixed on a motor shaft. The motor is fixedly arranged on the support. The spring piece contacts the sounding gear. The spring piece, the motor, a speed adjusting resistor, the power supply switch, the battery box, the frequency indication lamp, a current limiting resistor and the contact switch are electrically connected.
