Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly determining nanofiltration membrane kind and operation conditions during water processing, and belongs to the field of nanofiltration membrane recovery during water processing. The method comprises the steps: (1) screening pressure X1, temperature X2 and water inlet flow X3 as response factors, and designing experiment combinations; (2) employing membrane flux Y1 and pollution index Y2 as response value; (3) immersing a nanofiltration membrane in pure water, pre-pressing for usage; (4) filtering wastewater by a precision filter; (5) performing filtration experiments; (6) at the beginning and after two hours of the membrane filtration experiments in the step (5), respectively employing a balance to measure the water outlet flux, employing a conductivity instrument to measure the conductivity, and employing an ultraviolet spectrophotometer to measure UV<254>, so as to obtain salt removing rate and organics removing rate; (7) determining a regression model equation; (8) determining optimum operation conditions; and (9) determining membrane performance evaluation index I. The method is capable of relatively rapidly performing quantitative evaluation on nanofiltration membrane performances and comparing various nanofiltration membranes through a quantification process.
