reverse osmosis scale inhibitor performance automatic evaluation method and device. According to the improved automatic evaluation method for the performance of the
reverse osmosis scale inhibitor, the scaling process is simulated in an automatic
titration mode, the failure critical point of the scale inhibitor is judged according to the
conductivity mutation point, and then the highest
recovery rate which can be achieved by a
reverse osmosis system under the specific dosage is calculated and serves as a core evaluation index of the performance of the scale inhibitor. The
system consists of a
liquid storage unit, a liquid conveying unit, a measuring unit and a
control unit, integrates a high-precision
injection pump, an on-line
conductivity meter, a temperature sensor, an automatic titrator and a closed
measuring cup, and realizes full-process automatic operation including sampling, dosing,
titration, end point identification, waste liquid
discharge and cleaning. According to the invention, the
recovery rate which can be reached by the reverse
osmosis system can be directly output, the accurate association between the scale inhibitor performance and the actual operation parameters is realized, and the practicability and guidance of the test result are improved.
