Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be further elaborated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0018] Such as figure 1 As shown, in one embodiment of the present invention, when LED lamps are installed on the project site, they are installed regardless of the address, and the connection circuit diagram is as follows figure 1 , the bus 485A and the bus 485B respectively connect the LED lamp 1, the LED lamp 2, to the 485 chip of the LED lamp n, where n is a constant, used to represent a constant value greater than 2. The 485 chip is connected to the MCU of the LED lamp, and the shielded bus line is connected to the MCU of the LED lamp, and the MCU of the LED lamp is connected to the LED driver. The MUCs in each LED luminaire are connected sequentially. As a preferred implementation, the specific address writing steps of the LED lamps in this embodiment are as follows: 1. When installing the LED lamps on the 485 bus, they are installed regardless of the address;...

Abstract

The invention discloses a DMX512 protocol based LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp address writing method. The DMX512 protocol based LED lamp address writing method comprises step 1, performing address-free installation when LED lamps are arranged on a 485 bus; step 2, sending the address information of the LED lamps to the LED lamps from a controller through address lines respectively after the LED lamps are installed; step 3, reserving and burning a first address code of the address information in an MCU (Micro Controller Unit) of the first LED lamp after the first LED lamp receives the address information sent from the controller, sending rest of a second to an nth address code to MCUs of the next LED lamps respectively and sending the corresponding address code to the nth LED lamp in turn. According to the DMX512 protocol based LED lamp address writing method, addresses of products on one bus can be written at one time and the address writing does not need to be performed on every product separately.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for writing addresses of LED lamps, in particular to a method for writing addresses of LED lamps based on the DMX512 protocol. Background technique [0002] The DMX512 protocol was first developed by USITT (United States Society of Theater Technology) as a way to control dimmers with a standard digital interface from the console. DMX512 is designed around the industry standard EIA-485 interface. EIA-485 belongs to the "electrical" side of the interface, voltage, current, etc. [0003] The system is based on downward symmetrical transmission along twisted pairs of shielded conductors. This winding structure ensures that the interference generated will affect both signals equally, thus ensuring consistent digital phasing. The conductors used should be suitable data conductors consisting of one or two twisted pairs, foil and braided screens. Symmetrical audio cables won't do the job. [0004] Generally, as with any n...
