The acrylate emulsion is prepared through the following process procedures: placing 40 to 55 parts by weight of acrylate copolymer emulsion and 40 to 50 parts by weight of a silica sol in a reactor; carrying out high-speed uniform stirring at 65 to 70 DEG C; and then adding 2 to 4 parts of a coupling agent and 2 to 4 parts of modified sodium laurylsulfate and carrying out uniform stirring.
