Abstract

Provided are: a polyester-based adhesive composition which can be produced from a raw material derived from plants without using an expensive silicone-based adhesive, etc., and which can be used for the production of an adhesive sheet which has good wettability to an adherend and has excellent properties such as being peeled off easily, peeled off cleanly, resistant to stain, and easy to handle; and an adhesive sheet using the same. This polyester-based adhesive composition comprises, at least, a polyester obtained by carrying out condensation polymerization of a dicarboxylic acid with a side chain and an aliphatic diol having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, and a crosslinking agent, wherein the weight average molecular weight of the polyester is 5,000 to 60,000.
