Abstract

A system (64) is disclosed for controlling a transmission (38) including a fluid pump (42) and a fluid motor (44) operatively coupled to each other in a fluid circuit (62). The system includes a controller (66) capable of receiving a signal indicative of an operator input and determining a variable pressure limit in the fluid circuit based on the signal indicative of the operator input.
