The invention provides a multi-channel seawater transparency measuring device which comprises a sealed transparency measuring disk, an optical measuring device and an optical communication device, wherein the optical measuring device is embedded in the center of the transparency measuring disk, and the measuring plane of the optical measuring device is positioned on the front surface of the transparency measuring disk; the optical measuring device comprises an upper shell and a lower shell which are in hollow connection with each other, and protective glass is arranged in the hollow parts of the two shells; one side of the protective glass is in contact with the upper shell through a rubber isolation ring, and the other side of the protective glass is in contact with a plurality of optical filters with different wave bands through rubber isolation rings; a photodiode penetrating through the lower shell is arranged at the bottom of each optical filter to form a channel, and the multiple optical filters with different wave bands and the corresponding photodiodes form a plurality of different channels.
