The invention relates to a
heat pipe type
power module of a high-efficient
wind power frequency converter, which comprises a substrate, wherein, a
heat pipe radiator is fixed at the rear part of the substrate, an
air blower is arranged at the bottom part of the
heat pipe radiator, an air introduction pipeline is arranged at the top part of the heat
pipe radiator, and an exhaust fan is arranged inthe air introduction pipeline. Heat emitted by the power device is conducted onto the heat
pipe radiator through the substrate during the operation process of the
power module, the heat is radiated into the air introduction pipeline under the action of the
air blower at the bottom part of the heat
pipe radiator, and then the heat is rapidly pumped to the outside of a cabinet body of the frequencyconverter under the action of the exhaust
fan in the air introduction pipeline. The heat pipe type
power module of the
wind power frequency converter not only has the
cooling effect of
water cooling,but also has a simple structure of
air cooling, and the power module simultaneously avoids a complicated
system of a
water cooling structure and the technical difficulty caused by parallel connectionof the module of an
air cooling structure, thereby improving the heat
radiation efficiency of the power module of the frequency converter, enhancing the reliability of the operation of the power device, simultaneously reducing the overall design cost and the design risk of the
system and realizing the higher comprehensive performance-
price ratio.
