The external power instruction is projected to the feasible region to determine the charging, discharging or standby mode. Then the cascade combination and dynamic sliding pressure interval of the unit are dynamically determined to realize collaborative control. Through health cost evaluation, the operation scheme is corrected, and the health index and control parameters are updated adaptively to form a closed loop.
