The turbine gear motor is arranged below the driving synchronous pulleys on the frame. A roller a supported by a bearing block of the roller is arranged below the turbine gear motor on the frame. A roller b driven by a roller motor is arranged above the driven synchronous pulleys on the frame. A rubber plate is connected to the outer surfaces of the driving synchronous pulleys, the tensioning synchronous pulleys and the driven synchronous pulleys to form a rotating blackboard loop when the turbine gear motor drives the synchronous pulleys to rotate.
