The recommended addition amount of the bamboo vinegar is 1%, and the bamboo vinegar is characterized by comprising, by weight, about 80%-90% of water, 0.32% of acetic acid, 0.023% of methanol, 0.02% of propionic acid, 0.015-0.028% of amino acids, 0.0064% of a phenol, 0.0040% of o-cresol, 0.0022% of a furfural, and 0.5-1% of other materials. A fryer forage added with the bamboo vinegar for compatibility provides the following nutrient levels: the metabolic energy is 12.56 MJ/kg and crude protein accounts for 21.88% when the fryer forage is provided at 0-3rd week, and the metabolic energy is 13.34 MJ/kg and crude protein accounts for 19.41% when the fryer forage is provided at 3rd-6th week.
