Abstract

The invention provides an efficient cultivating and harvesting method for nitzschia closterium, and belongs to the field of aquaculture. The nitzschia closterium is mainly extensively cultivated by virtue of an open cement pool in the past, so that the nitzschia closterium is high in cost, easy to pollute, complicated in process, troublesome to operate, large in investment of capital construction and low in yield. According to the efficient cultivating and harvesting method, aerated feeding cultivation is carried out in a microalgae cultivation chamber by virtue of white plastic buckets; and two plastic buckets are connected in series, so that the aerated gas is utilized for the second time, and thus energy and resources are saved. A traditional culture solution formula is also optimized, so that the nitzschia closterium is relatively comprehensive and balanced in nutrient, not easy to pollute, low in cost, and easy to operate; and the yield of the nitzschia closterium is improved by 150%. In addition, a centrifugal process is adopted to harvest the nitzschia closterium in the past, so that the process is high in power consumption, not thorough to participate and high in expense.
