Abstract

The invention relates to a method for separating and purifying caffeic acid, ferulic acid and isoferulic acid from a Chinese propolis aqueous extract. The method adopts Chinese propolis as a raw material, and comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a Chinese propolis aqueous extract; (2) precipitating with alcohol; (3) coarsely separating with macroporous adsorption resin; and (4) separating and purifying by semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. According to the method, the semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography is used for separating and purifying, a mobile phase is methanol-water, and three kinds of high-purity ingredients, which are identified to be caffeic acid, ferulic acid and isoferulic acid respectively, are obtained. The method is green and environment-friendly in process, does not have serious damage to the environment, and has low comprehensive cost.
