The consulting system comprises a computer, one or more applying servers, a database, a database server, a strategic positioning opinion module, a student brainstorm file module, a student data module, a diagnosis detection report system, an enrolling chance optimization analyzing module and a student application school list, i.e., an application condition module. Particularly, a logic regression statistics model is used for developing a college application chance optimization device, so student enrolling possibility can be predicted for unique schools and students is advised trying their best to finish unique projects in limited time. According to the utility model, an education consultant can be allowed to thoroughly and personally know the students, and provide customized guides for the students.
