The pelletizing device comprises an extruding tank and a sleeve cone arranged in the extruding tank, the sleeve cone comprises an extruding cone body on the outer layer and a cutting cone body on the inner layer, the large end of the sleeve cone is communicated with the drying and discharging device downwards, the feeding device is communicated with the extruding tank in a sealing mode, and the extruding cone body can rotate round the axis of itself relative to the cutting cone body. Large inner pressure is generated in the extruding tank through materials constantly extruded into the extruding tank, the materials are extruded out of extruding holes in a strip shape, and the materials are cut into pellets through relative motion of the cutting cone body and the extruding cone body.
