Embodiment Construction

[0011] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0012] according to figure 1 As shown, a test strip of a cervical cancer HPV rapid detection device includes a base plate 6, a sample pad 1, a binding pad 2, and an absorption pad 5. The sample pad 1 is above one end of the base plate 6, and the absorption pad is above the other end of the base plate 6. Pad 5, a binding pad 2 is overlapped under one end of the sample pad 1, a nitrocellulose membrane pad 8 is between the binding pad 2 and the absorption pad 5, and a test line 3 and a control line 4 are arranged on the nitrocellulose membrane pad 8, and the test line 3 and the control line 4 are res...

Abstract

The invention provides a test strip for a rapid cervical cancer HPV detection device. The test strip comprises a bottom plate, a sample pad, a bonding pad and an absorption pad, wherein the sample pad is arranged above on end of the bottom plate; the absorption pad is arranged above the other end of the bottom plate; the bonding pad is overlapped below one end of the sample pad; a nitrocellulose membrane pad is arranged between the bonding pad and the absorption pad; a test line and a control line are arranged on the nitrocellulose membrane pad; and nucleic acid probes are respectively arranged on the test line and the control line. The test strip has the advantages that 1, the sensitivity is high, namely according to the design of the nucleic acid probes, the sensitivity of the detection method can be greatly improved during application; and 2, the specificity is high, compared with high nonspecific binding interference of antigens-antibodies, due to the design of the specific nucleic acid probes, the nonspecific action in a sample can be greatly reduced during actual application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cervical cancer detection, in particular to a test strip of a cervical cancer HPV rapid detection device. Background technique [0002] HPV virus is a double-stranded DNA virus with a spherical shell and a diameter of 55nm. It mainly infects skin and mucous membrane epithelium, causing different lesions. More than 200 HPV viruses have been identified, at least 30 of which are related to genital tract mucosal infection. 80% of women with HPV can be infected with HPV in their lifetime, and they are usually cleared naturally within 8-10 months, and only a small number (5%) of women are in a state of persistent infection. [0003] Persistent HPV infection is the leading cause of cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is one of the common gynecological malignancies, and its incidence ranks second among female malignancies. my country is an area with a high incidence of cervical cancer, with about 200,000 new cases each yea...
