The server comprises a graph storage part, a server-side communication part, a retrieval acquisition part and a server-side operation execution part. After a bitmap graph to be edited is set by a setting picture for the bitmap graph to be edited, the corresponding bitmap graph is acquired from the server and sent to each user terminal to be edited by a user; after the editing operation is executed, the bitmap graph is sent to the server and the other user terminals; the user terminals receiving the editing operation judge whether the editing object of the received editing operation is the same as that of a current editing operation; if yes, editing operations are displayed, each user selects one from the editing operations to execute, and the selected editing operation is sent to the server to be executed and saved.
