Abstract

The antibacterial agent comprises the following active ingredients in percentage by weight: 30%-40% of quercetin, and 60%-70% of CdSe / ZnS core-shell quantum dots; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a precursor NaHSe from NaBH4 and Se powder, then adding quercetin and CdCl3.<2.5>H2O-containing mixed solution into the precursor NaHSe, and reacting to obtain quercetin-modified CdSe mononuclear quantum dots, finally, adding the quercetin-modified CdSe mononuclear quantum dots into the mixed solution dissolved with quercetin and ZnSO4.7H2O, then adding a solution prepared from Na2S.9H2O, refluxing for 1.5 hours at 100DEG C, to obtain the CdSe / ZnS quantum dot-modified quercetinantibacterial agent.
