The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine eye drop comprises the following steps: a, performing an experiment to determine an extraction condition for extracting active ingredients of buerger pipewort flowers; b, extracting the active ingredients of the buerger pipewort flowers under the extraction condition to obtain an extract; c, blending the extract with sodium chloride, ethylparaben, tween, sodium hyaluronate and injection water in proportion to obtain a buerger pipewort flower medicinal solution; and d, pouring the buerger pipewort flower medicinal solution into a bottle, sealing, and performing sterilization by adopting circulating steam. According to the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine eye drop in the embodiment of the invention, a high performance liquid chromatography-four channel ultraviolet visible detection method is adopted to detect a specific active ingredient (flavonoid quercetin) in the extract of the buerger pipewort flowers, the detection result is reliable, and the detection method is stable, feasible and good in repeatability; and a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology is adopted to extract the active ingredients of the buerger pipewort flowers, and has a unique advantage compared with the traditional steam distillation and liquid-liquid extraction methods.
