capacitor to form different conduction circuits, control the
power battery to pre-charge the charging port

Based on the above embodiments, not only can the voltage conversion device accommodate charging facilities of different voltage levels, but the charging port capacitor can also be pre-charged and discharged through the aforementioned conduction circuits, achieving safe and effective charging even when the voltage levels of the power battery and the charging facility are mismatched.
