A magnetic domain is a region within a magnetic material in which the magnetization is in a uniform direction. This means that the individual magnetic moments of the atoms are aligned with one another and they point in the same direction. When cooled below a temperature called the Curie temperature, the magnetization of a piece of ferromagnetic material spontaneously divides into many small regions called magnetic domains. The magnetization within each domain points in a uniform direction, but the magnetization of different domains may point in different directions. Magnetic domain structure is responsible for the magnetic behavior of ferromagnetic materials like iron, nickel, cobalt and their alloys, and ferrimagnetic materials like ferrite. Linear TMR sensor based on annular free layer

The invention provides a TMR sensor based on an annular free layer. Belongs to the technical field of sensors, and comprises a reference layer, a barrier layer and an annular free layer, and by constructing a topologically constrained annular magnetic domain structure, controllable deflection of the magnetic moment of the free layer under the action of an external magnetic field and accurate relative orientation with the reference layer are realized, so that the linear response performance of a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) is improved. The effective anisotropic field is reduced by adjusting geometric parameters (such as width-to-thickness ratio and internal and external diameter ratio) of the annular free layer, and the expansion of a linear response interval is realized; meanwhile, the annular structure forms a magnetization closed path, so that demagnetization factors and stray fields are effectively reduced, and the sensitivity and the anti-interference capability are improved. The sensor is prepared by combining magnetron sputtering with a micro-nano patterning process, and magnetic anisotropy is enhanced through magnetic annealing treatment. The sensor is simple in structure, excellent in performance and suitable for high-precision magnetic field detection scenes.

Provided is a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having both low iron loss and low magnetostriction. The grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet has a heat-strained region extending in a direction transverse to a rolling direction, and has closed magnetic domains in the heat-strained region. The heat-strained region has maximum points of tensile strain on both sides of the closed magnetic domains in the rolling direction. In a strain distribution in the rolling direction of the heat-strained region, the strain on both sides of the closed magnetic domains is a tensile strain greater than the strain at the center between the maximum points.

A method and system for detecting track defects based on magneto-optical sensing

This invention relates to the field of track inspection technology, and in particular to a method and system for detecting track defects based on magneto-optical sensing. The method includes: emitting high-brightness linearly polarized light onto the train track under high-speed train operation conditions; the linearly polarized light undergoing polarization angle rotation due to the interaction between the magneto-optical sensing medium and the local magnetic field of the abnormal track section, wherein the magneto-optical sensing medium and the abnormal track section are non-contactly coupled; acquiring polarization rotation information and converting it into an observable light intensity change signal; collecting the light intensity change signal and forming a magneto-optical image; performing polarization analysis and magneto-optical anomaly reconstruction on the magneto-optical image to convert it into a magneto-optical anomaly field with spatial distribution characteristics; and determining the defects in the abnormal track section based on the magneto-optical anomaly field. This invention transforms the invisible magnetic domain anomalies induced by internal stress in the track steel into a visible magneto-optical anomaly field through magneto-optical sensing, achieving non-contact detection of surface and subsurface cracks.

Ferromagnetic metal material average grain size characterization method based on magnetic domain motion characteristics

The invention discloses a ferromagnetic metal material average grain size characterization method based on magnetic domain motion characteristics, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a sample for EBSD method material characterization and multi-magnetic detection equipment detection; secondly, carrying out quantitative characterization on the average grain size of the sample based on EBSD method material characterization; then, performing electromagnetic nondestructive testing on the ferromagnetic metal material based on a multi-magnetic testing device to obtain electromagnetic signals representing reversible and irreversible motion of a magnetic domain, and defining and extracting corresponding electromagnetic characteristic parameters of the ferromagnetic metal material at the same time; and finally, by analyzing the relationship between the electromagnetic characteristic parameters and the characteristic microstructure, screening out the electromagnetic characteristic parameters as input, and establishing and adjusting a deep neural network representation model of the characteristic microstructure based on the electromagnetic characteristic parameters of the magnetic domain reversible and irreversible motion. According to the invention, nondestructive testing of the average grain size of the ferromagnetic metal material is realized.

Each tooth of the plurality of teeth provides for a magnetic flux flow in the spray-formed composite material in axial, radial, and circumferential directions.
