A magnetic domain is a region within a magnetic material in which the magnetization is in a uniform direction. This means that the individual magnetic moments of the atoms are aligned with one another and they point in the same direction. When cooled below a temperature called the Curie temperature, the magnetization of a piece of ferromagnetic material spontaneously divides into many small regions called magnetic domains. The magnetization within each domain points in a uniform direction, but the magnetization of different domains may point in different directions. This invention discloses a measurement technique for the width of magnetic domain walls based on a transmission Lorentz electron microscope, comprising the following steps: (1) observing the sample in a transmission electron microscope and obtaining a series of defocus images corresponding to the magnetic domain walls; (2) replacing the sample with a standard sample, obtaining a series of defocus images, and calculating the correction coefficients for magnifications corresponding to different defocus amounts under the current Lorentz imaging mode; (3) selecting a portion of the magnetic domain walls perpendicular to a certain area in a series of defocus images, performing Gaussian linear fitting on the intensity distribution of this area and correcting it to obtain the transverse width of the magnetic domain walls, and then performing linear fitting based on the relationship between the transverse width of the magnetic domain walls and the defocus amount to extrapolate the intrinsic width of the magnetic domain walls; (4) constructing the magnetization distribution of the magnetic domain walls based on the intrinsic width of the magnetic domain walls, simulating a series of Fresnel defocus images of the magnetic domain walls, calculating the correspondence between the width of the magnetic domain walls and the defocus amount, and extrapolating to obtain the width of the simulated magnetic domain walls under positive focus conditions. Using the method of this invention, quantitative measurement of the width of magnetic domain walls in magnetic materials can be achieved.

A method for manufacturing terbium-dysprosium-iron supermagnetic alloy based on stereolithography

The present invention proposes a method for manufacturing a TbDFe supermagnetic alloy based on stereolithography. The method first prepares a stereolithography slurry using a photosensitive resin as a matrix. A metal-organic chelating agent containing TbDFe supermagnetic alloy components is added to enhance the uniform distribution of the metal powder, ensuring printing accuracy and material stability. Next, degreasing is performed to remove the resin and chelating agent through heat treatment. The degreasing process is controlled by controlling the heating rate to avoid structural collapse. Decarburization is then performed in a low-oxygen atmosphere to improve the purity of the alloy and ensure structural integrity before sintering. A reduction treatment is then performed to improve structural stability and purity. Finally, high-temperature sintering is performed under the assistance of a magnetic field to optimize grain orientation and magnetic domain arrangement, thereby enhancing the magnetostrictive effect and force-to-magnetic energy conversion efficiency. This method combines stereolithography with magnetic field-assisted heat treatment, effectively avoiding the risk of structural damage during the printing of TbDFe supermagnetic alloy.

This invention provides a nanoscale spin waveguide based on alternating magnet domain walls, belonging to the field of magnetic device technology. The device comprises, from bottom to top, a substrate, an alternating magnet thin film, and a microwave excitation source. The microwave excitation source excites an alternating magnetic field with a single frequency. The alternating magnetic field interacts with the magnetic moments of the alternating magnet thin film, causing the magnetic moments to precess. This precession is then propagated outward from the microwave excitation source in the form of a wave, forming a spin wave. By reducing the frequency of the alternating magnetic field, the spin wave propagates only within the domain walls of the alternating magnet thin film, realizing an alternating magnet domain wall spin waveguide. This invention reduces the difficulty of spin wave excitation, which is beneficial for reducing device energy consumption.
