The invention discloses a process for preparing stress-resistance seaweed fertilizer comprising the steps of, (1) airing seaweed, removing impurity substance, (2) charging fresh water, (3) agitating and steeping, decompression concentration, separating high temperature salt by centrifugal separation, (4) disintegrating concentration liquid with dried solid evolution, (5) charging 95% of ethanol into fresh seaweed, (6) squashing the algae, agitating, centrifuging and storing the liquid, (7) removing salt from the solution through compression, (8) cooling down, charging saturated diamino ammonium chromic thiocyanate solution, (9) collecting deposition, (10) mixing the compression liquid, dried solid substance and precipitate homogeneously, (11) spray drying.
