Each section of sleeving assembly comprises a cylindrical housing, a rotating disk, a rotating disk cover, a rotating disk seat and a PCB circuit board. In assembling, the PCB circuit board is inserted into rib positions on the inner side surface of the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical housing. The rotating disk is arranged in a stepped annular chamber in the inner circle of the rotating cover in a tightly matched manner. The rotating disk seat and the rotating disk cover are mutually fixed in a buckled manner. The rotating disk, the rotating disk cover and the rotating disk seat are all connected to an opening position of the cylindrical housing.
