Problems solved by technology

[0003] Generally, the seeds of agarwood trees are difficult to reproduce and germinate. Planting agarwood trees requires optimized cultivation in the nursery and transplantation. The seed selection needs to be picked from the mother tree that is more than 5-15 years old, which indirectly limits the output of agarwood trees. There are also cuttings to cultivate agarwood. For tree seedlings, it generally takes 60 days from cutting to rooting and seedlings, and then the seedlings can grow completely under full light. The survival rate of artificially cultivated cuttings is low, and the highest can only reach 80%.

Embodiment 1

[0043] like figure 1 Shown, a kind of cultivation method of agarwood seedlings adopts cutting method to raise seedlings, comprising the following steps:

[0044] 1) Mother plant cultivation

[0045] Before sowing, sterilize the seeds and carry out germination treatment. Sow the seeds on the seedbed in early June, and then cover the soil with a thickness of 1 cm. The covering soil is composed of vermicompost and fine sand in a mass ratio of 3:1. When it is 6cm, it is transplanted to the cultivation in the nutrient bag, and the sunshade net is used to shade until the mother plant seedling grows to 55cm and then grows under full light;

[0046] 2) Collection and processing of spikes

[0047] In the first ten days of March of the second year, between 7:00 and 9:00 in the morning, collect branches with at least 3 bud eyes, straight branches and at least 16 cm in length on the mother plant. Cut the part of the branch into a V-shaped cut surface on all sides, then cut the upper en...

Embodiment 2

[0065] like figure 1 Shown, a kind of cultivation method of agarwood seedlings adopts cutting method to raise seedlings, comprising the following steps:

[0066] 1) Mother plant cultivation

[0067] Before sowing, sterilize the seeds and carry out germination treatment. Sow the seeds on the seedbed in early June, and then cover the soil with a thickness of 1 cm. The covering soil is composed of vermicompost and fine sand in a mass ratio of 3:1. Embodiment 3

[0086] like figure 1 Shown, a kind of cultivation method of agarwood seedlings adopts cutting method to raise seedlings, comprising the following steps:

[0087] 1) Mother plant cultivation

[0088] Before sowing, sterilize the seeds and carry out germination treatment. Sow the seeds on the seedbed in early June, and then cover the soil with a thickness of 2 cm. The soil is composed of vermicompost and fine sand in a mass ratio of 3:1. When it is 7cm, it is transplanted to the cultivation in the nutrient bag, and the sunshade net is used to shade until the mother plant seedling grows to 58cm and then grows under full light;

[0089] 2) Collection and processing of spikes

[0090] In the first ten days of March of the second year, between 7:00 and 9:00 in the morning, collect branches with at least 3 bud eyes, straight branches and at least 16 cm in length on the mother plant. Cut the part of the branch into a V-shaped cut surface on all sides, then cut the upper end of the ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for cultivating seedlings of agalloch eaglewood. The method is characterized by adopting cuttage for seedling cultivation, and comprising following steps: 1), stock plant cultivation; 2), scion collection and processing; 3), cutting medium preparation which comprises steps as follows: a cutting container cup is adopted to be filled with nutrient media for cutting, the filled nutrient media comprise a first layer of media, a second layer of media and a third layer of media from bottom to top, the first layer of media is formed by mixing black soil, red loam, coco coir and leaf mold in a mass ratio being 3:1:1:2, the second layer of media is formed by mixing black soil, red loam, wormcast and leaf mold in a mass ratio being 1:2:2:1, and the third layer of media is formed by mixing red lam and wormcast in a mass ratio being 4:1; 4), cutting process comprising steps as follows: the part below the cutting girdling position is inserted into the nutrient media, and the cutting inserting depth does not exceed one third of the second layer of media. According to the method for raising the seedlings by cutting, only 45 days are needed from the cutting stage to the rooting and seedling development stage and the survival rate is up to 93.8%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating precious tree seedlings. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for cultivating agarwood seedlings. Background technique [0002] Agarwood is the dry woody part of trees such as Agarwood or Agarwood, which is a kind of wood, spice and traditional Chinese medicine. When the heart of the agarwood plant is stimulated by trauma or fungal infection, it will secrete a large amount of resin with a strong fragrance. These parts are also called "water agarwood" because of their high density. In many parts of the world, agarwood is a precious spice, which is used to burn incense, extract spices, add to wine, or directly carve into decorations. After the agarwood tree begins to produce fragrance due to disease, it will go through a long growth period, which takes at least several years to more than ten years, but a piece of high-quality agarwood will take decades or even hundreds of years ...
