Abstract

The surgical instrument includes an actuator, an intermediate connector and a controller which are connected with one another in sequence, wherein the actuator includes a nail bin component, an anvil component and a drive component; the controller includes a trigger mechanism, a triggering safety mechanism and an automatic reset mechanism. The surgical instrument has the automatic reset function; when the triggering safety mechanism is not opened and a doctor operates the trigger, the actuator of the surgical instrument clamps the tissue, and when the doctor releases the trigger, the actuator of the surgical instrument automatically resets and releases the clamped tissue; such a function of the surgical instrument not only provides convenience for the doctor to adjust the clamping position when using an anastomat to clamp the tissue, but also can improve the thickness uniformity of thick tissue when the tissue is finally clamped through repeatedly clamping the same position of the tissue by the doctor, so that tissue damage is reduced, and the fitting and cutting effects are improved.
