Abstract

The invention relates to filling and sealing of a roof falling hole inside a coal mine tunnel, in particular to a chemical macromolecule grouting filling sealing material. The material comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1:1. The component A comprises a three-functional-group polyether polyol, a two-functional-group polyether polyol and an amido polyether polyol, wherein the ratio of the three-functional-group polyether polyol to the two-functional-group polyether polyol to the amido polyether polyol is 8:1:1; additives including, by weight, 0.1% of a metallic tin catalyst, 0.05% of an amine catalyst, 0.5% of a foam stabilizer, 14% of a fire retardant DMMP, 6% of a fire retardant and 2-4% of water are added on the basis of the polyether polyol. All the components form the component A after being directly mixed. The component B is isocyanate. The material is reasonable in design, construction is convenient and rapid, labor intensity is low, efficiency is high, no hazardous gas is generated, the reaction temperature is lower than 80 DEG C, the foaming ratio is larger than 40 folds, and the compressive strength reaches 80 kPa when the compressive strain is 10%.
