Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic pencil sharpener based on a single-chip microcomputer and motors. The automatic pencil sharpener based on the single-chip microcomputer and the motors comprises a pencil sharpener shell and a pencil drawing board. A square box provided with a hob is arranged on one side of the pencil sharpener shell, and a strip-shaped box used for containing a pencil is arranged on the other side of the pencil sharpener shell. A strip-shaped groove used for containing the pencil horizontally is formed in the strip-shaped box. A hole allowing the head of the pencil to be inserted therein is formed in the portion, at the tail end of the strip-shaped groove, of the square box of the pencil sharpener shell. The second motor, a gear sleeve, the hob, a hob frame and a pencil head frame are arranged in the square box. A metal block in contact with a pencil lead on the head of the pencil is arranged on the tip portion of the pencil head frame. The end of the pencil head frame is coaxially mounted on the hole of the square box. The first motor and a printed circuit board (PCB) controller are arranged in the strip-shaped box. The pencil drawing board is mounted at the bottom of the strip-shaped groove of the strip-shaped box and connected with an output gear of the first motor in a matched mode. A contact is arranged on the pencil drawing board. A battery jar and a shift knob are arranged on the side portion of the strip-shaped box, and the battery jar is used for installing a battery. The automatic pencil sharpener is controlled through the single-chip microcomputer, and pencil sharpening can be controlled to be stopped automatically.
