Abstract

The invention discloses a cooling circulation system for an injection mold and a control method of the cooling circulation system. The cooling circulation system comprises a temperature control box, a pump and a controller. A loop is formed through the temperature control box, the pump and a cooling pipeline in the injection mold. The controller is connected with the inlet end and the outlet end of the cooling pipeline and the pump, collects and calculates the temperature difference of work media in the cooling pipeline and sends out a control instruction according to the temperature difference for adjusting the power of the pump so as to achieve real-time control over flow. The cooling circulation system is reasonable in design and simple in structure. The injection mold can automatically adjust the flow of cooling liquid under the situation that the temperature difference meets the standard, even cooling is basically achieved on the basis of not changing an original structure of the mold, and accordingly buckling deformation of an injection molding piece is reduced.
