The invention discloses a construction method and system of a calculation resource pool in a cloud operation system. The system comprises: an automatic disposition and configuration module of the operation system, for constructing the operation system by use of a media access control (MAC) address of a calculation node and disposing service through constructing the operation system; a software automatic disposition and configuration module for disposing and calculating software corresponding to the need of the resource pool according to the need of the calculation resource pool and finishing software configuration; and an automatic construction module of the calculation resource pool, for creating or updating the calculation resource pool according to the network address of the cloud operation system and information of the calculation resource pool. According to the invention, the operation efficiency of a cloud data center is improved and the operation cost is reduced.
