A sliding track is fixedly arranged on the supporting plate in the central axis direction of the supporting shaft. The two sliding frames are oppositely and fixedly mounted at the two ends of the sliding track. The sliding frames are fixedly connected with the end face of the sliding track through the compression springs. A vertically-mounted rope rolling wheel is fixedly arranged on each sliding frame.
