According to the invention, through modification of sodium lignin sulfate, dispersion and viscosity reduction properties of the dispersant are improved, stability is enhanced, and high dispersion efficiency is realized; the lubricating oil dispersant has good temperature resistance and exerts good peptization dispersion effect on common solid particles; and through adding of modified white carbon black, dispersion effect and a dispersion speed are improved, influence of viscosity of lubricating oil at low temperature is reduced, and effective adsorption and control of black greasy filth dispersion and a paint film are realized.
