The method comprises the steps of receiving a go-through request sent from a terminal getting towards a toll station and containing the identifier of the terminal; according to the go-through request, acquiring the state of a vehicle identifier corresponding to the go-through request out of a vehicle identifier database; if the vehicle identifier is in the to-enter state, modifying the vehicle identifier to be in the to-leave state, storing the information of an entrance toll station, and executing a release command on a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identifier; if the vehicle identifier is in the to-leave state, acquiring the previously stored information of the entrance toll station out of the vehicle identifier database, calculating the toll charge of the vehicle from the entrance toll station to an exit toll station, and sending a deduction notification to the terminal; upon receiving the response to the successful deduction action, executing the release command on the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identifier.
