The device comprises a support device, a lifting device, and a measuring device, the planet gear is supported by the supporting device so that an internal separating ring and an inner ring of an upper bearing are separated, the support device comprises a first force application portion and a second force application portion combined with outer rings of the two bearings, the first force application portion and the second force application portion apply acting forces with opposite directions to the outer rings of the two bearings so that the two outer rings are tightly contacted with a hole back-up ring and an outer separating ring, the lifting device comprises a lifting portion combined with an inner ring of a lower bearing and capable of lifting, the lifting portion upwardly lifts the inner ring of the lower bearing until a roller of the lower bearing is contacted with a blocking edge of the lower bearing, and the measuring device measures the distance of upward movement of the inner ring of the upper bearing during the movement of the lifting portion.
