Abstract

The invention relates to self-cleaning aqueous aluminum paste and a preparation method thereof. The aqueous aluminum paste is prepared by coating the surface of oily aluminum paste with a TiO2 film. Self-cleaning and water solubility are realized under the photocatalysis action of the TiO2 film. The preparation method of the aqueous aluminum paste comprises the following steps: firstly, washing commercially-available oily aluminum paste with an organic solvent to remove residual organic matters on the surface; secondly, pre-treating the oily aluminum paste by using a titanate coupling agent to form covalent bond connection on the surface of the oily aluminum paste; dropwise adding tetrabutyl titanate to form a film on the surface of the aluminum paste through titanium dioxide hydrolyzed by the tetrabutyl titanate in order to finally prepare the aqueous aluminum paste.
