Abstract

A disc clamping seam for clamping a wheel disc is formed between the two frames. A braking and clamping block is arranged in each frame. The clamping faces of the braking and clamping blocks in the two frames are opposite and provided with friction plates. The two braking and clamping blocks form a combined wedge-shaped body. The two frames form a combined wedge-shaped groove to which the combined wedge-shaped body can be clamped. The frames are provided with tension springs connected with the braking and clamping blocks in the frames to pull the braking and clamping blocks so that the back faces of the braking and clamping blocks can be attached to the inner edges of the frames.
