Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a whole station testing system and method of digital electric energy metering balance of an intelligent transformer substation. A simulating model of an intelligent transformer substation digital metering system is established through an upper computer so as to simulate the actual running working conditions of the intelligent transformer substation; an interval sampling testing terminal is installed on the intelligent transformer substation, simulating sampling data commands sent by the upper computer are sent to all to-be-tested intelligent devices through a control host synchronously in real time so that the loaded simulating running of the whole intelligent transformer substation can be achieved; meanwhile, MMS electric energy data sent by all electric energy meters is received by a network switch, finally the MMS electric energy data is received by the upper computer, the whole station electric energy is analyzed in real time, and the site test of digital electric energy metering balance is achieved. By means of the method, the important testing work of metering electric energy balance is not only conducted after actual running of the transformer substation, and the metering precision of the transformer substation is detached without damaging the running working conditions of the transformer substation.
