The method comprises the steps that a log collecting engine collects history software system logs from application modules; a log cleaning engine cleans the collected history software system logs, filters invalid logs, arranges log format, and forms history log data; an alarm collecting engine collects history alarm data of the application modules from a health monitoring system; an associating engine analyzes the history log data and the history alarm data, forms a log alarm grade model, and trains the log alarm grade model; and an alarm grade matching engine determines alarm grade of a real-time log according to matching between the real-time log and the log alarm grade model.
