Abstract

The invention provides a color difference identification method for a fermentation degree of padding of a microbial fermentation bed. The method comprises the following steps of performing colorimetric analysis on a plurality of padding samples of a microbial fermentation bed large-fence piggery by virtue of a TES-135 color difference meter, performing statistical analysis on color differences among the samples by adopting a Hunter color difference formula, dividing fermentation grades of the padding into four levels in combination with an STDEV (standard deviation) algorithm according to degree of dispersion of the color differences of the samples relative to a mean value: the first fermentation grade indicating that DeltaE is more than 0 and less than or equal to Mu-2Sigma, the second fermentation grade indicating that DeltaE is more than Mu-Sigma and less than or equal to Mu, the third fermentation grade indicating that DeltaE is more than Mu and less than or equal to Mu+Sigma and the fourth fermentation grade indicating that DeltaE is more than or equal to Mu+Sigma, and performing apparent description on the padding samples at different fermentation grades in terms of apparent color, humidity, taste, decay degree and the like, wherein a result shows that the fermentation grades of the padding can be accurately reflected by colorimetric analysis on the padding.
