According to the method and apparatus disclosed by the present invention, loading of a kernel can be completed after starting an application program and before first data processing, so that the application program carries out data processing by using the kernel in a whole course instead of using an operating system with lower performance to carry out data processing, and a problem of low data processing efficiency when starting the application program for the first time is avoided.
