Abstract

Provided are a vehicle and a valve emergency switching-off system thereof. The valve emergency switching-off system is applied to a pneumatic emergency switching-off valve of the vehicle and comprises an air storage device, a manual control valve and a door control valve. The air storage device is connected with the pneumatic emergency switching-off valve through an air supply loop. The manual control valve is arranged on the air supply loop between the pneumatic emergency switching-off valve and the air storage device. The door control valve is arranged at the position, between the manual control valve and the pneumatic emergency switching-off valve, in the air supply loop, and the door control valve is controlled by an operating box door. When the operating box door of the vehicle is closed, the door control valve is automatically switched off to cut off the air supply loop, and the pneumatic emergency switching-off valve is switched off. The door control valve does not need to be manually operated by operation personnel, but is controlled by opening and closing of the operating box door, and therefore control over the air supply loop of the pneumatic emergency switching-off valve is achieved, the pneumatic emergency switching-off valve is controlled, then the situation that the vehicle runs when the pneumatic emergency switching-off valve is switched on is avoided, and safe running is guaranteed.
