Abstract

The four-in-one electrode fuel cell comprises upper and lower end plates that are obtained by mechanical processing from the materials of hard non-conductive (such as organic glass) or conductive (such as stainless steel) for sealing and fastening; and a four-in-one negative electrode, a four-in-one positive electrode and a positive ion exchange membrane are buckled from front to back. Due to the design for the electrode structure, a flow field, a supporting layer, a micropore layer and a catalytic layer are manufactured integrally; the four-in-one electrodes, and the upper and lower end plates for fixing and fastening all can be machined on the basis of simple three-dimensional modeling, so that the whole fuel cell is compact and simple in structure, light in weight, and small in size.
