Problems solved by technology

However, due to limitations in the structure of the organic light emitting display device, efficiency characteristics are limited and current increases
Consequently, the electrical and thermal stress on the device increases, resulting in reduced reliability of the device
[0006] Therefore, in order to realize high-resolution products, research is being conducted on methods for overcoming structural limitations of organic light-emitting display devices and methods for solving problems of increased power consumption, reduced lifetime, and deteriorated reliability.

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device comprises the components of a substrate in which a red pixel area, a green pixel area and a blue pixel area are limited; a first electrode and a hole transport layer which are formed on the substrate; a first light emitting material layer, a second light emitting material layer and a third light emitting material layer which are formed in each of the red pixel area, the green pixel area and the blue pixel area on the hole transport layer; a first electron transport layer which is formed on the first light emitting material layer, the second light emitting material layer and the third light emitting material layer; a first charge generating layer which is formed on the first electron transport layer; a second charge generating layer which is formed on the first charge generating layer; a fourth light emitting material layer, a fifth light emitting material layer and a sixth light emitting material layer which are formed in each of the red pixel area, the green pixel area and the blue pixel area on the second charge generating layer; a second electron transport layer which is formed on the fourth light emitting material layer, the fifth light emitting material layer and the sixth light emitting material layer; and a second electrode which is formed on the second electron transport layer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] As a new flat panel display device, an organic light emitting display device is a self-luminous display device, and has a better viewing angle and contrast than a liquid crystal display (LCD) device. In addition, since the organic light emitting display device does not require a separate backlight, the organic light emitting display device can be made lighter and thinner, and has excellent power consumption compared with LCD devices and other flat panel display devices. In addition, the organic light emitting display device is driven using a low direct current (DC) voltage, has a fast response time, and is inexpensive to manufacture. [0003] In an organic light emitting display device, electrons and holes are respectively injected from a cathode and an anode into a light emitting material layer, and light is emitted when...
