Problems solved by technology

[0004] The invention provides a connection mechanism between the helicopter engine and the main reducer of the helicopter and the helicopter to solve the problem of the existing connection structure, which is complicated in structure, inconvenient to maintain and disassemble, and cannot bear the large installation deviation between the engine and the main reducer. Poor adaptability, high requirements for the coaxiality of the engine and the main reducer; after the shaft sleeve is cracked and aged, the replacement cost of the shaft sleeve in the field is high, and the engine needs to be disassembled for replacement, the cycle is long, and the maintenance and disassembly are inconvenient technical problems

Abstract

The invention discloses a connecting mechanism of a helicopter engine and a helicopter main reducing gear and a helicopter. The connecting mechanism of the helicopter engine and the helicopter main reducing gear comprises a first shaft sleeve and a second shaft sleeve. The first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve are connected through a rotating mechanism used for bearing the deflection angle mounting deviation of the engine and the main reduction gear by means of relative revolving and carrying out vibration reduction in the drive force transmitting process. The revolving end of the first shaft sleeve and the revolving end of the second shaft sleeve are arranged oppositely and are rotationally connected to the rotating mechanism at the same time. The rotating plane of the first shaft sleeve is perpendicular to that of the second shaft sleeve. The fixed connecting end of the first shaft sleeve and the fixed connecting end of the second shaft sleeve are both arranged outwards. The rotating mechanism is utilized for bearing the deflection angle mounting deviation of the engine and the main reduction gear and meanwhile utilized for reducing vibration force generated in the drive force transmitting process. The connecting mechanism is suitable for connection of engines and main reduction gears of various helicopters.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of helicopter structures, in particular to a connection mechanism between a helicopter engine and a helicopter main reducer. In addition, the present invention also relates to a helicopter comprising the above-mentioned connection mechanism between the helicopter engine and the helicopter final reducer. Background technique [0002] In the helicopter structure, the engine and the final reducer belong to the main driving part and control part. The connecting parts between the engine and the main reducer must not only bear axial force, bending moment and torque, but also withstand the vibration transmitted from the main reducer and the engine, which requires high reliability of the structural parts. [0003] The existing connection structure between the helicopter engine and the main reducer is connected through a shaft sleeve. The structure of the shaft sleeve is complicated, it is inconvenient to maintain a...
