The satellite accessory vibration flexible moment simulator comprises a base, three balance beam systems and three circular raster systems. The three balance beam systems are vertically configured and are assembled for forming a three-shaft moment generating mechanism which is mounted on the base. Each balance beam system comprises a balance beam, a driving mechanism, a base and two counterweight blocks. The length directions of two random balance beams in the three balance beams are perpendicular with each other. Each driving mechanism comprises a motor, a motor base, a motor connecting block and a shaft. The motor on each balance beam system is mounted on the motor base. The motor bases are mounted on the base. The output end of each motor is provided with a motor connecting block. The satellite accessory vibration flexible moment simulator is used for developing satellites.
